We are accepting referrals from our dental colleagues for IMPLANTS and ENDODONTICS
These referrals will be carried out at our Trinity Mews location where there is ample parking for patients.
Referring patients is a very easy process - simply fill in the attached referral form and send through to us. The referral form covers both implants and endodontics, and all that is needed is that you will in the appropriate details. We have a fully trained referral team assisted by nurses and administration personnel to ensure that your patients are looked after every step of the way, whilst they are in our care. Once we have received your referral we will contact you and your patient to start the treatment process. We aim to see all referred patients within four weeks of the initial referral. Once the treatment that you have referred your patients for is complete, they will be returned to you for their continued dental treatment and care.
